ATHLETE CARDS
2012 USA Wrestling Membership is mandatory at all PAWF qualifiers and events. Athlete cards are $40 and are valid thru August 31, 2012. Athlete membership cards will be available for purchase at all PAWF tournaments. Click here to download the 2012 membership application.
COACHES CARDS
Due to the new mandatory background check, coaching cards are $50 and must be purchased directly through USA Wrestling.

PAWF CHARTERED CLUBS
CHARTER YOUR CLUB!
For 2012, the charter app is $100 and Certificate of insurance is $25.
