PAWF STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS

USA WRESTLING MEMBESHIP

NO PRE-QUALIFYING REQUIRED
Due to this year's small number of qualifers and the overwhelming requests, we have opened our Fall State Championships to all PA Residents with a current 2008 USA Membership Card. You do not need to qualify.

The PAWF Fall State Championship also serves as a team trial for Mason-Dixon Quad team in January 2008 and as a qualifier for the PA Brute Scholastic Duals Team in April, 2008.

"Out-of-State" wrestlers are welcome at the qualifiers, but CAN NOT advance to the State Championships.

All outstanding monies due to PAWF must be paid in full in order to compete at any PAWF qualifier, championship, team or sanctioned event.

2008 USA Wrestling Cards are MANDATORY at every tournament. Membership cards will be available for purchase at each qualifier. Athlete cards are $30 and Coaches cards are $35. You can print out an application from the Membership section of this web site.
Make sure you bring your USA/W Membership card with you to each tournament. If you forget your card, there is a $1 charge to look-up and verify your membership.

If your card is lost, a Replacement card with a new member number can be purchased for $5 (upon verification of original membership).

MASON DIXON TEAM QUALIFER

The Novice 60 and 65 pound division and all Schoolboy division champions will make the Pennsylvania Team to compete in the Mason-Dixon Quad to be held January 5, 2008 at McDonough Prep School in Baltimore, MD. Mason Dixon champions are locked into weight class won. The Mason-Dixon Quad tournament does not have a Schoolboy HWT class, therefore, the champion at PAWF states cannot go to Baltimore.
