Wrestling Begins:  12:30pm

If wrestling both styles, only one weigh-in is required.

$20.00 per style (Greco-Roman OR Freestyle)

$35.00 for both styles

PAUSAW reserves the right to combine weight classes to ensure each wrestler has matches

General Information

Double Elimination Tournament

Standard Line Bracket

Wrestlers may double-bracket in two weight classes within their division. Wrestlers may enter one age division up, with exceptions. 14U and younger may NOT wrestle in 16U or Junior divisions.

Double-bracketed athletes waive mandatory rest time between matches.

PAUSA State Championships – Qualifier

This tournament serves as a qualifier for the PAUSAW State Championships. Athlete must place 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th at one of the listed qualifiers to be eligible to compete in the State Championships. If you qualify in Greco, you automatically qualify in Freestyle (and vice versa). You may go up or down in weight at the State Championships, but you must qualify in your age division.

USA Wrestling Membership

2023-2024 USA Wrestling Cards are MANDATORY at every tournament and must be purchased online prior to registering for the tournament. Athlete Membership can be purchased, at a cost of $50.00 ($65 for open), through USA Wrestling at https://www.usawmembership.com/index.jsp. 

COACHES: BOTH a Team Leader/Coach Membership card AND a Copper or Bronze* Coach Certification are required to coach at all PAUSAW events. Please be sure to have a copy of them on hand.
